Refunds:

1. Eligibility: You may return unopened and sealed productswithin 14 days of deliveryfor a full refund.

   • Return the item to our warehouse.
   • Refunds will be processed to your original payment methodafter verifying the item’s condition.

Exchanges:

1. Eligibility: Products with quality issues or defectswithin 30 days of deliveryqualify for exchange.
2. Steps:

   • Ship the faulty item back for inspection.
   • Upon verification, we will:
     • Send a replacement product, or
     • Issue a refundvia your original payment method.

Important Notes:

• All returns/exchanges require prior approvalvia email.
• Refunds/exchanges are not available for opened, used, or physically damaged items.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is confirmed by our team.
